  • Understand your development strategy and investment criteria.
  • Identify any constraints – timing, internal procedures, priorities and funding.

Note: We can’t emphasize enough how spending time in this stage is critical to save time in the next stages. So bear with us if we ask a lot of questions.

  • Agree on the terms and conditions – e.g. duration, retainer, success fee.
  • Sign a mandate or an engagement letter.
  • Source assets following the agreed investment guideline.
  • Coordinate with your team on a regular basis to adjust our course as needed.
  • Shortlist potential assets to acquire.
  • Submit non-binding Expressions of Interest to the owners
  • Arrange meetings, access to data-rooms and site visits.

You can count on us to be with you during the whole process.

Exit a Current Investment

  • Understand your key outcome.
  • View the property.
  • Define the terms of the sale.

Note: We can’t emphasize enough how spending time in this stage is critical to save time in the next stages. So bear with us if we ask a lot of questions.

  • Agree on the terms of the mission – e.g. duration, retainer, success fee.
  • Sign a mandate or an engagement letter.
  • Access to required data to present your property to potential buyers.
  • Contact potential buyers directly following the agreed terms.
  • Coordinate with your team on a regular basis to adjust our course as needed.

Note: The benefit of selling off-market is that the property details are circulated with ‘warm’ buyers who we only approach if we know that your property matches their search criteria.

These buyers are actively looking for a property to purchase and are ready to move quickly when the right opportunity comes along.

  • Shortlist potential buyers.
  • Arrange meetings.
  • Obtain Expressions of Interest.
  • Provide access to data-rooms and set up site visits.
