Ellen Ko

Hi, I’m Ellen.

At 40 I started a new chapter of my life and joined the real estate industry in Hong Kong. The expertise I acquired and my experience in transacting luxury properties, residential blocks and commercial buildings have been rewarded by being nominated Top Real Estate Agent for five consecutive years, closing several deals between $30-$150 million.

Prior to that, I enjoyed the performing arts industry for 12 years. I run events, musical tours, and art festivals around Asia. I hold a BFA in Stage Management & Technology.

First language is Chinese, Serving for Good is the second. Traveling light with an ocean heart gets me to connect people. Dream Big. Play Bold.

Hi, I’m Alex.

Prior to real estate, I worked for over 15 years in corporate finance and international development of two retail groups in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

Since 2014, I have refocused on real estate transactions, real estate portfolio strategic repositioning and private fundraising. Over the years, I have co-invested in 7 residential properties with a total of 182 units.

I am a passionate mountaineer, summiting several of the world’s highest peaks. I like sailing, golfing, hiking, … in short, I love being in the magnificent outdoors, connecting with Nature.
